New this year: the Heart Rhythm Foundation recently received 50 devices that have never been exhibited at prior Rhythms in Time exhibits! The family of Dr. Sy Furman added these pacemakers to the Device Collection that they previously donated to the Foundation. A large collection of donated pacemakers from Paul A. Levine, MD, FHRS, will also be on display.

March 2012 — Ensuring the Continued Success of the Heart Rhythm Foundation
If you have an insurance policy but no longer need to protect your family, consider donating it to the Heart Rhythm Foundation (HRF). You will receive an immediate tax deduction and the knowledge that you will help maintain the beat of the Heart Rhythm Foundation. In addition, if an individual names HRF as beneficiary or gifts the policy itself (making HRF the owner and beneficiary), HRF can benefit. If one continues to pay the premium but gifts the policy to HRF, then one can deduct the premium payments.
