The Millennium Society: Visionary, Diplomat Ambassador,
Chairman’s Society & Founder Levels

The Millennium Society is made up of Visionary, Diplomat, Ambassador, Chairman’s Society and Founder levels — health care and business professionals as well as patients, their family members and friends, and other individuals who are passionate about the mission of the Foundation and desire to lead the way toward its success.

To inquire about joining the Millennium Society, please contact Betsy Bogdansky (202) 464-3454 or via e-mail. You may make a general, memorial or honorary donation online or by mail, phone or fax, or learn more about the Foundation's Legacy Gift Planning campaign — leaving a bequest to the Heart Rhythm Foundation in your will, direct gifts, charitable trusts and more.

Please click on the hyperlinked names to learn more about these generous donors and why they support giving to the Heart Rhythm Foundation.

Visionary
An elite level reserved for those individuals who contribute $100,000 or more. Benefits of the Visionary membership include all the benefits of the Diplomat status, elite recognition on the Heart Rhythm Foundation's donor wall as well as an annual individual meeting with CEO and President.

Diplomatnew!
An exalted level reserved for those individuals who contribute $75,000 or more, over five years. Benefits of the Diplomat level include all the benefits of Ambassador level, a recognition story on the Foundation's website and complimentary registration to the Heart Rhythm Society's Annual Scientific Sessions.

Ambassador
An exclusive level reserved for those individuals who contribute $50,000 or more. Benefits of the Ambassador level of membership include all the benefits of Chairman's Society status, recognition as an Ambassador on the Heart Rhythm Foundation's donor wall and recognition on Society and Foundation publications.

Chairman’s Society
A select group will benefit from participation in the elite Chairman's Society — designated for those pledging $25,000 or more, over five years, as desired. Benefits of the Chairman's Society membership include all the benefits of Founder status. Additionally, individuals will have a lifetime designation as a member of the Chairman's Society, which brings additional recognition on the acknowledgement wall, in annual reports, on the website, and wherever the Foundation is prominently represented. The Chairman's Society will serve as a sounding board for the Foundation, through the Foundation's Executive Committee and will provide input on the Foundation's strategic direction.

Founder
Founders contribute $10,000 to the Heart Rhythm Foundation, payable over five years, as desired. (Any contribution to the Heart Rhythm Society's 25th Anniversary campaign through May 2004 was credited toward Founder status). Founders will forever be recognized as leaders who understood the vision for what an organization dedicated to heart rhythm disorders can accomplish. The lifetime designation of "Founder" is bestowed upon each member, with the names of each individual etched onto a permanent acknowledgement wall in the Foundation headquarters. Founders will be recognized on annual reports, the website, and they will forever retain the acknowledgement and appreciation for contributions that gave the Heart Rhythm Foundation its beginning.
